Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product does not meet UK consumer guarantees as outlined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Please note that some of our soap toppings may become loose during transit. This does not affect the quality or usability of the product.

Exchanges, Refunds, and Non-Returnable Items

Our soaps are considered personal care items and cannot be returned. If you have specific questions or concerns about your product, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift vouchers.
